Arbeitet seit 1975 mit Live Events, angefangen mit Solo-Performances bis hin zu weiträumigen ortsspezifischen Arbeiten, die Installationen und Performances umfassen. Sie zeigte ihre Arbeiten in 15 Ländern, bei Festivals, in Galerien und Museen in den USA, in Weißrussland,
Kanada, Kroatien, Deutschland, Mazedonien, Polen, Taiwan und Großbritannien

Stipendien: MacDowell Colony (1997, 1992, 1986) und Yellow Springs Institute (1992) USA; St. Norberts Art Centre, Winnipeg, Kanada (2002); Dartington College of Art, Devon, UK (2002); Macedonia at the International Art Colony of Kumanovo (2000), International Art Colony of Kicevo (1998), and Strumica International Art Colony (1997).

Seit 1987 gehört sie zum Lehrkörper der School of the Museum of Fine Arts and leitet dort die Performance-Abteilung.

Lebt und arbeitet seit 1969 in Boston.

Innehalten

Many of my performances are events for audiences of a single person. These pieces allow me to explore the unique properties of live performance: the possibility of direct interaction between performer and audience, and the opportunity to engage the audience’s full range of senses including taste, touch and smell. The performances often hover at the edges of visibility, creating an experience in which the viewer must stretch her or his perceptual capacities to their furthest limits.
